Riot on Sunset Strip

A crowd of undisciplined counter-culture youths gather for kicks on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles. A police lieutenant who is sympathetic to the kids attempts to set a curfew after receiving pressure from businessmen who want them to clear out.
